        Walk the trails of the Forsythe NWR with Virginia Rettig, Refuge Manager, for a guided exploration of the sights and sounds of birds at the Refuge (approximately 1.5 hr). Join NJMEA members afterwards for a hands-on demonstration of tried-and-true K-12 avian science lessons and activities (0.5 hr).

Bring you binoculars, or don't!  Bring your field guides, or don't!  But definitely do bring your enthusiasm and warm spirits to meet with your colleagues at this shoreline gem on the New Jersey Coast.
